At Beautiful Feet Books, we want you to love every step you take in our footwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure a smooth transition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
